Our client located in Preston is seeking an experienced Project Officer to work on a Process Mapping project for the Enforcement Hub. Full-time hours, Monday - Friday for 37 hours.

The project is going to be for 3-6 months. It will look at Case Administration and Senior Administration processes within the hub to streamline everything.

To put some context behind it - enforcement breach work has always been done via individual clusters within the region however we have recently moved this model to one central hub who will do all breach work across the entire North West. It appears some of the clusters have worked slightly differently plus they are using different forms. Therefore, we need to map this and look at the most efficient, simplest way to move forward doing this centrally at the hub. The hub has been set up with brand new staff who will process approximately14000 breaches per year so we need to use the least complicated process possible whilst maintaining performance levels. We also need to ensure whatever process we adopt meets court/judge requirements so work will need to be done to check these meets court expectations and legislation.

This will be a temporary role. There is no job description as it`s an adhoc approved project to meet business need due to the change in operational model.
