Pre-School Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pre-School Manager in Bristol. My client is seeking a candidate who is passionate about early education, children, fun, kind, motivated and resilient to join their dedicated team. The setting has a large outdoor space, supportive senior managers who are enthusiastic and a friendly bunch.
As a Pre-School Manager, you will be expected to:
-To lead by example working in a flexible manner and promoting high standards of care and education.
-To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children in the nursery
-To give support and develop the small team within the nursery.
-To work as part of a team to provide a stimulating environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
-To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children`s needs to be met.

Essential Skills
-NVQ Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) or above.
- Experience in Classroom Management ( 3 years` experience is preferred)
