Job Description

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Premier Field Engineer. This is a contract role until 30 June 2019

Salary: up to £450.00 per day depending on experience and contract type.

Job Description
As a Premier Field Engineer, you will:

" Educate and guide customers by delivering workshops and webinars
" Help customers with their journey to the cloud
" Deliver proactive services such as risk assessments, code reviews, and disaster recovery plans
" Help customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution
" Be the technical expert for customer projects and deployments
" Mentor other Premier Field Engineers
" Contribute to business goals and continuous improvement initiatives
" Travel to customer sites will be required

Candidate Requirements

" Consulting experience
" Skype for business experience, specifically working within deployment
" Professional experience in supporting Enterprise IT solutions or applications
o Knowledge of Skype for Business Server and hands-on experience in managing, supporting and troubleshooting the product
o Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
o Experience of O365 migrations
o Fundamental knowledge of related cloud technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server, Network Services, Hyper-V, Storage solutions, Office 365
o Experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise scale organizations is desirable
o Knowledge of alternative industry solutions is an advantage

" Willingness and desire to learn cloud technologies
" Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues

Key performance measurements:

Feedback from customers and account managers, meeting deadlines, and time tracking and admin work on the back end
