My client an award winning education provider are looking for an experienced premises manager to join their team in Leeds.
Salary: £21,500 - £23,500
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, not just in term time

We are looking for an individual who has experience of site maintenance with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety / COSHH legislation. Experience managing a team of staff, all within a school environment or similar.
You must have excellent communication skills when dealing with staff, students and external companies and will possess good DIY skills.
The right candidate will have a good understanding of services within a large modern building such as boilers, heating, lighting and water management and can follow site and company policies and procedures.
Ideally, the successful candidate would be required to live within a 5 mile radius of the premises in LS8 to allow for reactive emergency call out cover and ideally drive.
** Please note this role will involve opening and closing of the premises and facilities, so your shift will be split between 6.30am & 6pm Monday - Friday **
The successful candidate would also need to currently hold or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS check before starting the role.
