We currently have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Press and Communications officer to join a rapidly growing very high profile company based in Canary Wharf.

Ideally you will have experience of working closely with the Government OR you will have experience within a Financial Services regulated environment.

It is essential that you have strong experience in the following:
Experience of running a press campaign (writing press notices etc)
Working closely with national journalists and other media outlets to land stories and manage press releases and increase media interest
Experience of media and communications to specialist audiences
Planning communication strategy

You will be a confident communicator who will be working with the most senior internal colleagues so it is vital you are happy to show how your media strategy will be of benefit

There is a huge amount of scope within the role and the wider team and long term there will be opportunities for progression.

Ideally they are looking for applicants with in-house experience but they will consider applicants from an agency background - particularly if you have worked closely with Government bodies

This role is immediately available and the salary is £46-48000 plus excellent benefits
