Job Description

We are now looking to recruit a talented Service Administrator

Our client is a high end, prestige classic vehicle dealership, offering an excellent, rate of pay, and exceptionally modern working environment.

Working Mon-Fri 8-6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays a month 8-1pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration support to our after sales department..

Additionally, you will be welcoming customers into the dealership and directing them to the correct department, answering the telephone, liaising directly with sales and finance colleagues and providing secretarial support where necessary

  • You will be someone who takes pride in high standards,
  • has experience working in an administration role within the car sales industry and the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities.
  • Self-motivation and strong organisation skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people.
