Brook Street are delighted to be working with Arthur and Carmichael to support the expansion of their Private Client Team through the recruitment of a Private Client Solicitor to join their established and experienced firm based in the Dornoch office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive legal firm, based in the Highlands who pride themselves on the provision of high quality services across the UK. As a member of the Arthur and Carmichael team, you will play a critical role in their continued success and growth.

You will be working in a driven and dedicated team of Private Client Solicitors who are provided with support staff to assist with their caseload.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of general private client matters including Wills, Estate administration, Executries, Powers of Attorney and Trust work.
You will also work to promote the business and contribute to the private clients team success. This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent private client solicitor to work within a supportive and successful firm with a view to progression.

Key skills required:
o Scottish Qualified Solicitor (NQ-6 years PQE)
o Experience in Private client
o Strong organisational and time management skills
o Excellent client care
o Works effectively with other team members and individually
o Hard working and determined
