The company has the opportunity for two Private Client Lawyers to work in their busy Midsomer Norton & Keynsham offices. The company are looking for an enthusiastic Lawyer with an interest in marketing and a desire to develop an existing caseload and grow the department.

Job Role:

- To undertake fee earning work, working both independently and as a member of the team and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department
- To maintain existing relations with the firm's clients and assist and help develop new
relationships with third party referrers
- Conduct of private client and related matters on behalf of clients
- Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate
Administration

Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 2+ years PQE involving Private Client work, including advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate administration
- Experience of Trusts would be an advantage but is not essential
