Salary: up to £35,000 full time

Brook Street Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client is a top leading Fibre Network Provider in the East Anglia region who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their thriving and ev er-growing team.

Main Responsibilities as a Process Analyst:

• Measure and report process effectiveness
• Analyse process cycle time and right-first-time effectiveness
• Work with process owners to identify and implement value-driven process improvements
• Support process owners with implementation and training
• Work with the systems development team to ensure systems development aligned with and support process effectiveness
• Investigate process failures and recommend improvements

Experience and Qualities Required for Data Analyst:

• Proven experience as a process analyst or similar role
• Lean six sigma
• Cost base analysis
• Strong analytical skills
