Job Description

A very exciting opportunity , our client is looking for the right candidate to work as part of a busy team. We are looking for someone who can commit to a part time role and undertake customer service and admin tasks to a high standard.

This is an opportunity with UKVI, the visa and immigration service. This busy organisation is looking to expand their team due to the new demand on the service. They are looking for someone who can work accurately with attention to detail but to also be great at meeting deadlines.

This is a Financial role involved with the handling and processing of business transactions. This includes liaising with clients and customers, building relationships and rapports, and also admin (creating reports, logging work, updating databases) emails / queries answering / escalating where necessary. You will also need to be proactive to suggest improvements where necessary.


candidate will:

- part time role - working 17:30-20:00 3x evenings per week. This is based in Sheffield and you must be able to get to this area for your shifts. It is ideal to have customer service and admin experience to be able to liaise with various clients and customers and record your findings accurately. It is also desirable to be good with numbers and finance.
Be able to use computer systems - grasp the use of systems quickly

Temp hourly rate - 9.90 GBP. 3 days a week.
