Location: Tyne View Park, Benton
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5
Payrate: £9.49 p/h

This role is to work for a well established public based client at Tyne View Park in Benton. This is an involved Processing Assistant role working on administrative, operational and technical tasks within a section or department. If successful, duties would include:

-Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
-Processing work could include, making calls, answering calls, email correspondence, queries, taking messages or processing transactions
-Learning procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
-Resolve various payroll queries, escalate when necessary and log appropriately
-Schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis
-Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups
-Identify and suggest areas of improvement
-Maintain and update information held on a database or manually
-Support line management on any additional general administration duties when required
-Communicate with internal and external clients
-Print, post data, complete reports and invoicing daily
-Maintain records for audit purposes and ensure deadlines are met

This is a full time, temporary position initially for nine months with the opportunity to be extended or go permanent.
