Brook Street are currently recruiting for 3 x Processing Administration Assistants on behalf of their esteemed client in Edinburgh.
This role is initially for 6 months, - Monday to Saturday - 09:00am to 17:30pm
Within this role, you will work within a small team to assist in the provision of transaction processing services to a number of clients.
You will undertake defined core administrative, operational and/or technical activities within a section or department. You will provide a range of straightforward, routine services often as part of a team engaged in similar activities. This may involve responding to routine queries, issues or circumstances, and referring any unusual or non-routine situations to others.
You will be responsible for processing work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts. This could include making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions. You will resolve queries, and escalate when appropriate. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating information held on system databases, whilst also printing daily invoices. You will also liaise with internal and external clients whilst demonstrating quality customer service.
All workers must have strong communication skills, and be able to work and build relationships within a close team. Customer service and computing skills are imperative, along with accuracy and time keeping.
