Brook Street are recruiting for a process assistant to work in a fast-paced office environment for one of our largest public sector clients based in Newcastle Business Park.
As a process assistant, you will be working with a close-nit team and will be responsible for the provision of transaction processing services to one or a number of clients.
In the role, you will be responsible for core administrative, operational and/or technical activities within a section or department. You will provide a range of straightforward, routine services often as part of a team engaged in similar activities. This may involve responding to routine queries, issues or circumstances, and referring any unusual or non-routine situations to others. The role will also involve processing applications; perform data entry tasks; upload documentation to the in-house systems and work with various members of the public.

This role is £9.62 per hour and based in Newcastle Business Park. The working hours are various shift patterns between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of working every other Saturday.
