Job Description

Our client, based at Monks Cross, York, are looking to expand their busy, professional team with established administrators who are available for long term temporary assignments.

You will be working in newly built and furnished offices with excellent facilities and free parking on the doorstep.

You will be dealing with queries from internal staff of several divisions and must have excellent communication skills and experience of providing a high quality customer service which creates confidence and trust.

You will be dealing with the management of casework, queries and exceptions and so will need to be very organised and able to work to strict deadlines following detailed policy documents.

This is a great job for anyone who is looking to work in a role where you will need the responsibility of exercising your personal judgement whilst working as part of a strong, supportive team.
