Job Description

Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with flexibility
Contract : Temporary, until June 2021 (with possible extension)
Location: York (Foss House)

I am currently looking to recruit a number of Processing Assistants with our client within the Public Sector environment. On a day-to-day basis you will be looking after the helpdesk, mailboxes, processing certificates along with carrying out administration duties. There will be inbound calls to answer within this role.

Skills for this role:

o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to work to strict deadlines
o Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and good problem solving skills
o Strong Administration skills
o Effective team player and work equally as well on their own

Desirable Skills

o MS Excel skills and experience of other MS products

Essential Criteria

The role is subject to DBS and reference clearance. You must have been a resident in the UK for three consecutive years, spending no longer than six months abroad during this period (unless an Overseas Police Check is obtained).
