Excellent Long Term Temporary Public Sector Opportunity

Process Assistant (various) IT/Finance/HR

Are you looking to work in an established public sector organisation in Newport? If so then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Perform clerical and administrative duties for business teams.

Answering/directing phone calls and taking messages.

Follow company's policy and procedures in the performance of duties.

Transact Tasks in a timely manner.

Assist in other duties when necessary.

Handle multiple tasks and resources as assigned.

Ability to organise and prioritise work.

Understand process work flow and daily production goals.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Hourly rate £9.49 per hour
