Role: Process Improvement Officer (Customer Support) *8 Months Fixed Term contract*
Location: Brighton (currently working remotely)

An opportunity for an experienced Process Improvement officer has arisen for a great public sector client in brighton.
They are looking for a candidate who has experience in providing useful training to help to build and maintain a comprehensive support service for the Customer Support department, ensuring the right knowledge is available to the right people.
You will need to be able to change a teams culture by creating a continuous improvement attitude within the team and create content that will support their training. You will be working closely with the quality assurance team to introduce a new system and ensure staff will be able to continue to work in the same way they have been.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in of using ideas, insights and lessons learnt to improve performance of staff.
