Process Operator
Based in Preston
Full time - various shifts including days, nights and weekends
£28,718.47 (inclusive of shifts)
Immediate start

Working as a Process Operator you will be working within a team whilst ensuring the Mill is running effectively and smoothly to meet business demands, rectifying problems where necessary.

For this position, the ideal candidate will have the following skill set -

Knowledge and experience working as a Process Operator, ideally from a Mill industry environment or similar
Experience of plant processes
Knowledge of fault finding
A good understanding of Word and Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills

The main duties of the position will include -
Contribute to the manufacturing output by running the blend and press plants
To ensure quality standards are met and maintained
Following safe working practices
To utilise the plant resources
To ensure data transfers are completed and run correctly via SAP
To keep the area clean ensuring that all H&S is followed correctly
