Our client is a Process Engineering company based in Cwmbran, with a successful team specialising in process valves. They manage a very large portfolio for their clients. They boast excellent feedback from their clients.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
" Assisting and advising customers to resolve any technical issue and query.
" Addressing enquiries from customers and prospective customer about the key features and capabilities of products available through the client
" To identify solutions to customer queries through the appropriate technical diagnosis, research and troubleshooting.
" To be the "go-to" technical resource to customers.
Skills Required
" A Minimum of 1-2 years industrial experience gained in the process centre or an industry which is close
" Proven IT Skills
" A good standard of general education, combined with a relevant professional qualification, ideally in a technical engineering discipline.
" A can-do attitude is essential;
" Must enjoy a very busy environment
