Job Description

One of our Public Sector clients are looking for Processing Assistants in Maidstone for the purpose of processing applications. This is a temporary ongoing position.

As the ideal candidate, you will be able to display great customer service experience and transferable skills. You will be confident and have attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts - Processing work could include making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output.
Process work to the defined level of quality.
Resolve queries, escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group), and log if appropriate.
To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.
Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.
Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
Support line management on any additional admin when required.
Liaise with internal/external clients.
Print/post data/reports/invoices daily.
Maintain records for audit purposes.
Ensure deadlines are met.

This role will be full time working Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. The pay rate will be £9.62 per hour.

For this role, you will need to have a UK/EU Passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom. You must be able to pay for a basic disclosure in order for Brook Street to process via a fast track service of which payment will be refunded pending checks and successfully completing four weeks in post.
