Brook Street Edinburgh has an exiting opportunity within it's Edinburgh office for an experienced Admin Assistant to come and work with us in our office in Saint Andrew Square.
This will initially be on a 3 month contract with the potential of the position running longer or potentially permanent.
You will be working on a new Public Sector contract that we have taken on and will liaise with and work alongside an experienced Account Handler who works from the office and between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an excellent all-round service to both our client and woodcraft, whilst adhering to the required compliance levels.
You will ideally enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging environment with demands changing hourly and daily. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as well as the ability to manage and priorities your own workload. Attention to detail & mulct tasking must be one of your strongest skills.
To summarise you will need to have -
1. Have the ability to deal with both temporary staff and clients in a timely manner, ensuring the companies Service Level Agreements are met.
2. Have the ability to draw on the skills and experience of colleagues to provide an excellent and efficient service to our clients across the public sector.
3. Be self sufficient and motivated with good IT skills
