Position: Processing Data Quality Officer
Location: Ipswich, Environment Agency
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £10.66 per hour, with a holiday and pension scheme.
Work Environment: Fully office-based with convenient on-site free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Input data onto spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • System Finalisation: Complete system processes, transferring data seamlessly to different platforms.
  • Data Integrity: Regularly verify data on internal systems to maintain quality standards.
  • Document Organisation: Skilfully move documents to designated folders, ensuring an organised work flow.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect fit for this role possesses:

  • Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with data input and proficient in using spreadsheets, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and commitment to maintaining data quality.
  • Experience: While experience in data input is advantageous, a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
