Are you looking for a temporary role for the next 6 weeks?

My client based in Borehamwood are looking for a processing officer to join their team during a busy time.

The role is fully on site Monday to Friday paying £15.00 per hour.

This is a customer service role, helping members of the public over the telephone and by email.

There are a large volume of calls which must be answered in a polite and timely manner.

You will be required to follow enquiries through to completion wherever possible and delivering the service to the best possible standards of customer care.

Make sure all information on the system is correct and up to date. Taking payments over the phone where necessary

This is a full time role - Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1715
