Location: Crawley (Hybrid working, x3 days from home, flexible hours)

Salary: £32,000 per annum

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join a market leading not-for-profit financial services company based in Crawley.
This is a full-time permanent role, offering hybrid working x3 days per week from home and x2 days per week working in their stunning modern head offices in Crawley (with free parking, free gym, and a restaurant for employees onsite).
Due to internal promotions the Procurement team are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team. You will be working in a busy and friendly team of 6, closely supported by the Procurement Operations and Supplier Relationship Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:
" Managing Purchase Orders and assisting with the process
" Generating reports to display key contract metrics
" Assisting in the process of contract renewals
" Ensure policies are kept up to date and compliant
" Improve current processes to achieve cost savings and maintain compliance
" Monitoring the shared inbox, dealing with queries
The team would love to see candidates who have great administration and organisation skills. Some understanding of procurement processes would be an advantage.
