Brook Street are delighted to offer this exciting position for a Procurement Associate. To prepare quotations, may be working on quotes for several different clients at any one time so strong time management skills are a must. Preparing daily lift (report on excel showing active jobs list/quotes for directors) Candidates must have strong attention to detail, methodical approach to work. Supporting 7 procurement officers at once so role can be pressured. Role would suit someone who is task orientated rather than a people person. proficient in excel, must be familiar with how to set up formula`s and formatting in Excel, proficient in Word to prepare letters & have a fair typing speed. Family owned/run business, working in an open plan office with 20 people. Flexible due to working with different time zones so may need to come in earlier or stay later on occasion. Would suit someone who works well under pressure & with a solid work history . Position could go perm after 4 weeks on a temporary basis for candidates that want to grow with the company, may also consider direct permanent.
