Procurement Associate

Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen to work in a procurement environment based in the Harrow area.

You will be involved in the buying and negotiating for various projects in Africa and other continents.
Our client USPs include the ability to source an extensive range of products.

You will be someone who has integrity and understands confidentiality. You will be focused, motivated and have a stable work history.

Duties would include preparing quotations, handling quotes for several different clients at any one time. Preparing daily reports on Excel. Supporting 7 procurement officers at once so this role can be pressured and busy.

This would suit someone who is task orientated, proficient in excel, must be familiar with how to set up formula`s and formatting in Excel, proficient in Word and preparing letters.
