Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement professional to join the team at our client based in the City Centre. Due to the current situation it would be a work from home role with all necessary equipment provided.

The position is for up to 9 months and primary function will be to support the Business Manager in the delivery relating to procurement and contract records, and tender management processes, including support to staff training and development of policies and procedures.

You will be able to support the Business Manager in delivering projects across discreet areas and daily functions e.g. budget management, reception , post, and other general requests and support for the Business Manager in their absence.

The ideal candidate will be:
o CIPS Qualified.
o Knowledge and understanding of legislation and law.
o Experience of using booking systems and purchasing.
o Experience of working in a Welsh language environment would be an advantage.
o Analytical and problem solving skills.

The hourly rate will be £11.83 an hour on 37.5 hours a week
