My client is currently looking for a transnational procurement assistant to assist with a new project for the next 3 months on a temporary basis
This is a full time role at £9.30 per hour, with very good transport links.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Reviewing and resourcing procurement requirements on behalf of out client
- Liaising with both internal and external customers and suppliers
- Resolving queries/issues that may arise
- Following process documents and ensure compliance is adhered to
- Gathering quotes
- Checking contracts
The successful candidates will have a proven background within project delivery of tasks, excellent attention to detail, have experience of working within a business administration role in an office environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator, with a strong work ethic.
