Procurement Specialist Band 6

Based within the Leeds office, the Procurement and contracts team sits within the finance directorate and is part of the HEE national finance systems team. Supporting the Senior Procurement and contracts manager, the procurement specialist will maintain and develop HEE national policy relating to procurement, ensuring standardised approach across one HEE. The procurement specialist will ensure that all staff undertaking procurement activities are supported in the procurement process. This will be either supporting staff directly or ensuring suitable outsourced support is selected from HEE contracted outsourced supply
