We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist Officer role to work for a leading housing association based in the Wirral area.
This position will be working in a temporary to permanent contract and the main part of this role will be for the right candidate to deliver a high quality efficient and proactive procurement service to the client.

Key responsibilities in this role include:
Assisting senior stakeholders (Management and Director levels) in providing the required strategic procurement support.
Taking the lead on a wide range of high risk and high value projects and in liaison with the Procurement Manager.
Managing the ML contracting programme.
Managing the associated Contracts Register.

Experience of working with OJEU.
Clear procurement experience - ideally within a governing body or in housing.
An awareness of ML contracting programmes.
