Job Description

Working within a energetic and fast paced business in Selby we are recruiting for a Product Quality Executive to work within the Operations Team which is made up of driven individuals who are committed to the business.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Product Quality Specialist you will be required to undertake work as instructed, whilst having the opportunity to contribute based on your own initiative. This is a fast-moving environment and you must be knowledgeable about the business products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the performance of the products, identifying areas of weakness and/or failure within our customer websites, as well as strengths upon which we can build
Evaluate requests and suggestions from our Customer Base and Colleagues to improve our products and solutions
Research the extent of any problems highlighted and identify solutions in conjunction with the appropriate Product Working Groups
Develop and observe robust QA processes for different product areas/types, to ensure elements do only what they are designed to do and to identify and ultimately eradicate cross-customer contamination
Work with the Product Design, Engineering and Customer Support Teams to develop robust QA processes, developing standardised documented processes for each team to follow
Collaborate with the Product Quality Specialist to maintain Onboarding documentation & requirements gathering and assist with identifying/appraising meaningful solutions
Act as an additional QA layer for new websites/new features
Use data from Google Analytics and other sources to evaluate how our products are performing
Maintain a working knowledge of our competitor's products, relative to our own.

Key Skills and Experience:
You will have a keen eye for detail, be a trouble shooting multitasker with the ability to manage your time effectively.
Open to learning new skills and take responsibility to own learning by proactively seeking opportunities for learning and development.
Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships internally and externally.
Ability to listen to customer needs

In return you will receive a salary of 22,000, Monday to Friday office hours, no weekends, 25 days holiday per year plus 1 additional day for each completed year of service up to a max of 30 days at 5 years' service, home working possible, pension scheme, ongoing training and professional development.
