My client in Weston Super Mare is looking for a Product Specialist to join their Car Dealership in Weston Super Mare.

Do you have experience of working in the Motor Trade, and looking to further your career in a rewarding role?

As a Product Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers, and therefore will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the brand and products with potential owners, supporting the buying process by completing product presentations.

Your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner portraying a positive impression of the sales department.

The role of Product Specialist is an exciting and fun challenge which for the right person will allow their passion and enthusiasm for technology to grow! The team will support you and positively contribute to your development within the dealership, helping you to succeed professionally.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Knowledge of IT and use of software packages
Experience of working in a customer facing role
Ability to work independently and within a team
At least 5 GCSE's at grade A*- C or equivalent.
Hold a Full and Valid Driving Licence
Strong Communication Skills

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Previous Motor Trade Experience

£18,000 - £19,000 plus generous commission scheme
Generous Holiday Allowance - Increasing with service
Pension Scheme with a well-known and established provider
On the job training if required
