Product Support Manager

Telford

Salary: up to £32,000pa DOE

My client foster innovation and are focused on collaborating with their customers to ensure new product launches meet the changing demands of their business.

You will join a busy vibrant team in an open plan office environment and will play a critical role ensuring that new products go to market on time and in an efficient manner. You will be on hand to answer queries from internal departments and clients in relation to specific projects and may be chasing updates from various stakeholders. This role may also involve competitor analysis to ensure your product range remains relevant to market trends. You will also provide support to the internal sales team regarding new and existing technical product information.

You
Will have excellent time management skills
Be a confident communicator
Have experience working within a similar role in a B2B environment
Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
