I am looking to recruit a Production and Warehouse Operative for a company based in Kineton.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:30 - 5:30pm; there is also onsite parking.
Benefits include 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, along with enjoying a long Christmas break due to having office shut down. Training will be on the job and support will be provided in all areas.

As the Production and Warehouse Operative you will have a professional attitude, strong work ethic and be self-confident and have strong attention to detail.

You will need to know how to operate production machinery to manufacture products and develop a good working knowledge of our materials whilst understanding the processes. It is also vital that you ensure goods are picked, packed and labelled correctly where you will have excellent attention to detail. In addition to this you will also take part in monthly stock audits and regular team briefings.

A FLT License is desirable for the role however if you do not have one we will provide training for this.

It is important that you are numerate, literate and are able to use a computer. The company are a close run unit therefore you need to be able to communicate clearly with staff at all levels and should be able to work without supervision (after your training is complete).
