You will be required to ensure that production have all files required to meet customer SLA's, ensure availability and efficient running of systems for Production use, ensure all Live & Test data is processed and administered as per customer requirements, update and maintain process and work flow diagrams and documents, actively manage incidents, close out and record resolutions

You will be customer focused person who enjoys working as part of a team to get a good job done

24000 plus 12% shift allowance
