Job Description

As a result of sustained business growth a position has arisen within an local, progressive company. As the Production Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the production.

You will be responsible for ensuring the factory operation consistently meets the requirements of the customer through daily/weekly operations reporting, strict financial control and KPI management, develop new procedures and training methods in order to drive performance, lead, motivate and train your team and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are delivered.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent performance, having a sound understanding of lean manufacturing principles and demonstrate good working knowledge of OEE and how to deploy improvement actions, having experience of working in an FMCG environment and having a proven track record in meeting/exceeding retailer and BRC codes of practice.
