Job Description

Our client, a large production company based in the Duncrue area, is seeking to recruit a full-time temporary Production Operative to join their busy and expanding team.

Our client is a well-known brand within their industry who produce a very high-quality product and export to Europe and further afield.

Within this role, the Production Operator will work within a very busy production environment, label and bag products, put raw materials into the production machinery, adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures, operate within a 24/7 rota, drive a forklift, load and off-load pallets from vehicles, work within a small team, and meet production targets and deadlines.

Candidates must have a valid Counterbalance forklift licence, must have production experience, and must have the ability to work 12-hours shifts including day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts.

This role commences at £8.13 per hour and will increase to £8.63 per hour + Shift Allowance. The hourly rate + the Shift Allowance will total £10.79 per hour.
