The successful candidates will begin their journey with our clients as Production Attendants working alongside fully-trained Production Operators. Upon commencement, the Production Attendant will work on a production machine with a dedicated Production Operator who will play an integral part in the training and development of the successful candidate. Each Production Attendant will work with one Production Operator and while benefit from on-the-job training while following a structured Training & Development plan which will be managed by a Production Manager. By following that plan, the Production Attendant will work some hours each week as a Production Operator before being signed-off as a fully-trained Operator which will enable them to work all hours as an Operator and to secure a permanent role with our client.
This is a role with a 24/7 rota so candidates must be able to work weekdays, weekends, days, and nights. The successful candidates will work only 7 days in every 14-day cycle so, in effect, the Production Operators will be off work for half of the year and, in addition to that, they will be able to take holidays.
The rate of pay is £11.58 as a Production Attendant and £11.92 as a Production Operator. The roles are based in Campsie, and start immediately.
