Production Planner - Temp To Perm Position

As a production planner you will be responsible for a number of active, demanding supply contracts, It is essential that you keep your large client base up to date with the status of their requirements, remaining professional at all times and when handling complaints.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, with a strong team and great management, you must be organised and have the ability to constantly change your priorities and thrive under the pressure.

This is a demanding but rewarding role in a growing business.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A background in customer services, planning, scheduling or managing supply contracts and handling complaints

A strong work ethic with the ability to juggle a number of duties in an efficient way, working to tight deadlines

The ability to build rapport with clients -able to communicate to a high standard by email and telephone

PC literate with a good understanding of numeracy - knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

Have the ability to use own initiative to create resolutions to disputes and complaints

Current full driving licence
