Job Title: Production Supervisor
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £35k
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: 37.5hrs per week

I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a well respected, internationally known market leader. The Production Supervisor will be joining an outstanding business that has strong core values and a continuous improvement culture.

Main Role of a Production Supervisor:

" Budgetary control in area of responsibility
" Manage and develop all designated staff members
" Coach team leaders to drive engagement
" Deliver and coordinate weekly production activity
" Manage review and disciplinary processes

Desired Experiences for Production Supervisor:

" Understanding of manufacturing environment
" History of building long lasting relationships
" Competent in all Microsoft Office products
" Track record of exceeding performance targets
" Proven track record of leading and developing staff
