Role: Production Supervisor
Salary: £25,000
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

Do you have previous experience working in a production environment, ideally in a leadership role?

We have a fantastic opportunity working for a client based in the heart of Tonbridge leading up their production team.

You will be responsible for training all of the production staff, maximising the productivity of the production lines, ensure all health and safety guidelines are maintained, helping to reach daily deadlines, making sure each production line has enough staff to run smoothly, issuing product and packing components to the production lines and helping with agency labour resources as and when needed.
