Role: Late Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Hours: 2pm-10pm
Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, Christmas bonus, free parking, progression

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join this stable and progressive company.

You must have worked as a production supervisor/team leader in your previous role and be loyal, conscientious, forward thinking, able to use your own initiative and be a team player as well as a leader. You must also be able to commit to working from 2pm-10pm each evening.

Your duties will include:
- Supervising all production
- Ensuring the team adhere to health and safety
- Train all new staff and manage the rota for staff
* Delegate tasks and hold team meetings
* Monitor the teams performance
* Act as the first point of contact for all staff enquiries
