Production Technician.

We are supporting an award-winning developer and manufacturer based at the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire, who are looking for a Production Technician to join them on a temp to perm basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Goods in/out visual quality inspection
- Completing process sheets
- Masking of all types of medical implants using tapes, paint and curing system
- Packing finished products

The role reports to the Operations Manager, and will involve the following attributes:

- Aptitude for working in production environment, where there is a strong
requirement for team working together with strong task focus
- Experience in the medical device sector, and/or production environment, would
be an advantage, though is not essential
- Experience of operational activity in a clean room environment would be an
advantage, though is not essential
- Aptitude to carry out production activities within a quality management
framework, with strong adherence to standard operating protocols- Creativity and initiative to identify and bring forward ideas for process improvement, quality enhancements, and efficiency cost savings.
- Attention to detail, task accuracy and timekeeping
- Good inter-personal skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience and understanding for others, while
also capable of operating to a disciplined, task-based approach

Pay Rate: £10.00 p/h (Weekly Pay)

Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 15:30pm (Over time available)
