Job Description
My client is a well established technology organisation who specialise in Banking and Trade Finance solutions, they are looking to add to their Professional Services Team- UK remote based with occasional office required.
Purpose of Role:
Professional services consultant to support the following duties including pre-sales activities, implementation of Company software as a service solution, training and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
" Documenting customer requirements for setup and configuration of web applications
" Working with integration partners to test and qualify their integration projects to the Company platform
" Train system administrators and end-users to manage and use the Galileo application suite.
" Proficient English speaking and writing skills to prepare, review and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
" Demonstrating the applications to new customers.
" Managing incidents raised by customers and working closely with Customer Support team on resolutions
" Documenting known issues for generating FAQ`s
" Serve as the point-of-contact between the project management and the customer during implementation phase, providing status updates, investigating issues, and managing customer expectations
" Developing Statements of Work for implementation consulting
" Proactively engages in the sales cycles with the ability to help qualifying sales opportunity

Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred but not required
Specifics
o Accountable for managing their own projects.
o Accountable for providing bi-weekly project status reports to management.
Reporting
o The role reports to Global Head of Professional Services.
