Job Description

Our client based in BT8 have a vacancy for a Band 3 Professional Support Assistant

This post is available immediately and will be based at the clients offices, however due to current Covid restrictions staff are working a combination of in office and remote working until further notice. The post is available for 4 months, possible extension and full time hours Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours 37.5 hours per week

In your new role, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of efficient, high quality human resources and professional support functions, provide admin support, take minutes at meetings and arrange meetings.

You are a good fit for this role, if you have one year's experience working with Microsoft Office or similar, previous admin experience which includes taking meetings from meetings and would be comfortable doing this task.

To meet the qualification specification for this role, the successful applicant must have the following:
Five GCSE's (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* - C) or, equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy or Higher Qualification, or, 18 Months relevant experience

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.40 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and benefit from 37 days annual leave per annum
