Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Partner Program Manager. This is a contract role based in Reading or Edinburgh for 18 months.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience & location, plus benefits
Our company Services Team provides advisory, consulting and lifecycle support services for our customers. Our advisory and consulting service lines engage with our customers to drive their digital transformation leveraging our product family, and support adoption and value capture for these customers from our newest products. Our support service line works with customers from early adoption of company technology through end of life to ensure satisfaction with their investment.
The Business Productivity (BP) Domain is responsible for delivery of consulting and field engineering support services to our customers to support these goals. These services are delivered using FTE (Full Time Employees), full time external contractors and partner subcontracting resources. The full-time external contractors and partner subcontractor resources must be managed effectively to ensure consistent outcomes in terms of quality, productivity, profitability and compliance as a strategic resource. This capability is critical to ensuring that the BP Domain has enough capacity and capability at the right place and right time along with FTE resources.
o Establishing BP Domain capacity/capability requirements for these resources in collaboration with GCM and BP leadership.
o Sourcing, and contracting of resources based on needs from approved partners in collaboration with partner procurement teams.
o Onboarding and accreditation of these resources prior to delivery.
o Monitoring and managing productivity, profitability and performance in a manner consistent with company values, policies and practices.
o Making recommendations for potential FTE candidates.
o Ensuring that a standard list of partners is available for the various onshore subcontractor delivery scenarios in collaboration with the partner procurement team and field sales teams.
o Ensuring that standard processes, T&C's and rates are maintained for all engagement.
o Evaluation of capabilities and suitability as a BP subcontracting partner.
o Ensuring consistency of selection and contracting of approved partner subcontractors.
o Provision of Insights Monthly Business Review/Quarterly Business Review on KPI's.

" 5+ years' exp. with consulting delivery
" 5+ years' exp. working with Services partners, vendors, or subcontractors.
" Effective conflict management and resolution without avoidance.

" Ability to collaborate across a complex matrix and functional boundaries.
" Drive for results through indirect influence.
