Job Description

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an experienced Program Manager.

This is a contract role for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, use of the onsite facilities, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: Up to £54,000pa depending on experience

A key focus for the role of the CSU Program Manager is managing and driving the success of key strategic initiatives and programs for the Customer Success Unit on behalf of the Chief of Staff and General Manager.

The successful candidate should have strong written and verbal communication
skills, analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and projects, excellent cross group organisational skills and agility, proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter.

We are looking for a passionate individual who gets energy from getting things through creative problem solving, delivering a positive impact, has the ability to leverage extensive interpersonal and collaboration skills and is passionate about working as part of a team. The ability to build trusted relationships and working with multiple stakeholders within and outside of our client's business is key.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Key Stakeholder management
o Developing and managing a stakeholder matrix and engagement plan.
o Creating the rhythm and content for these engagements and executing on key
engagement activities.
o Creating clear communications for strategic initiatives and projects on progress
updates, objectives and potential risks.
- Strategy Development
o Creating the programmatic structure that ensures all priorities and goals are
being delivered as planned, meeting the strategic outcomes and KPIs. Identifying
where some goals are slipping and taking appropriate action to get these back on
track.
o Supporting the leadership team in delivering on strategic initiatives.
o Building business cases, gathering data and insights to support strategic business
development
o Developing and creating engaging written and visual content to bring to life
strategy and priorities
- Program Management
o Orchestrating the regular stakeholder team meetings to optimise these
engagements and drive impact.
o Facilitating planning cycle to help drive strategic planning and orchestrate
business evaluation sessions.
- Other
o Executive content creation incl. but not limited to PowerPoint slides and social
media blogs. Create narratives that allow for engaging story telling for our
executive
o Supporting Culture programmes & events that promote Diversity & Inclusion and
Customer Obsession.
o Inform and engage internal audiences on strategic initiatives through employee
and executive communications strategies and tactics
o Align messaging with external communications and across business groups and
functional areas

Candidate Requirements:
o Strong skillset and experience in program and project management
o Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
o Experience and ability to develop and implement business development strategies
o Proven track record of delivering projects on time and in line with objectives
o Ability to work well on several different tasks - sometimes with conflicting deadlines.
o Ability to hold others accountable on project deliverables.
o Leading and managing virtual teams across internal and external organisational
boundaries. Ability to operate effectively at all levels.
o Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
o Comfortable moving from the strategic to the tactical.
o Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations to drive for
clarity.
o Ability to work independently and autonomously.
