Job Description

Brook Street are working with a large organisations based in the Cardiff City centre and they are looking for a Full Time Programme Administrator to start immediately.

The job duties involve:
- Minute taking and data entry.
- Providing information and support following any customer complaints or public events
- Assisting with all administrative enquiries within the organisation.
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the telephony systems/switchboards and relay messages to various departments
- Organising and setting up filing systems

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- RSA III or relevant experience
- Understanding and knowledge of administrative procedures
- Experience with MS Office suite, word processing, editing and formatting reports
- Experience with taking minutes and data entry
