Programme Administrator Band 4
By acting as a fully integrated member of the team you will ensure that an excellent service to staff, trainees and stakeholders is provided by supporting the management and wider team. You will work closely with clinical and professional colleagues to support the existing and planned associated work-streams, aligned to the priorities set out within the HEE Mandate.
Strong communicator with excellent writing skills, data entry and formatting presentations: capable of constructing and delivering clear information/ instructions to staff and service users
Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment and able to multi-task and retain concentration and manage unpredictable working days
Be an effective team working with evidence of successful working within multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to work without supervision able to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight deadlines
Ability to adjust plans and resources in line with changing events and requirements
An ability to maintain confidentiality and trust, handle confidential, highly complex and sensitive information with discretion
Advanced keyboard skills.
