Job Description
Are you looking for new challenge or wanting to work in a busy office? We are looking for Programme Administrator to work in a busy department in Winchester.
Role Overview
Responsible for managing Outlook diaries, booking appointments, providing secretarial support including meeting notes and resources, arranging venues for events when needed and maintaining filing systems and office resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing of Electronic Diaries using Microsoft Outlook for the programme lead
- including arranging and changing appointments,
- Provide secretarial support for meetings. This includes the production and distribution of agendas, minutes, paperwork, organising meetings and booking meeting resources.
- Arrange venues for events as necessary, and provide supporting information material as required
- Maintain effective electronic and paper based filing systems and order and maintain office resources.
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE's level A-C in English and Math's or Equivalent
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability work in a team and build relationships with co-workers
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work flexibly, able to respond to increased pressure of work
- Experience managing diaries
- Ability to prioritise work load
- Experience of accurate data entry
- Proficient in Outlook, Sharepoint, Word and Excel
Desirable
- A professional attitude when dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Attention to detail
Temp hourly rate/annual salary: £10.29/hour increasing to £11.20 after 12 weeks, Monday to Friday 37.50 hours per week
Temporary assignment start ASAP, until August 2021, but this can be extended.
